1. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
2. Handling Time (Processing)
Our standard handling time for all orders is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
3. Transit Time (Shipping Duration)
Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States (Standard Shipping): 3 - 5 business days.

Rest of the World (UK, Australia, Canada, NZ, etc.): 3 - 14 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping: $13.00 for all orders under $100.00.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100.00.

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Shipping Carrier: We ship our orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please note that Tatreez.online is not responsible for any customs duty fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
7. Lost shipments
Shipping liability: Once the shipment is handed to our approved carrier ( DHL or Fedex ) and the carrier making a shipping label, our liability ends. Tatreez online is not liable for any loss, or theft that occurs during shipping or after delivery to the carrier or at the doorstep. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier in accordance with its policies. Theft at the doorstep is the recipient’s risk per the carrier’s policies.
