Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Tatreez.online We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • With original tags still attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@tatreez.online. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@tatreez.online.

  • Return Shipping Cost for Damages: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Exchanges (Change of Mind / Size)

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please notify us within 14 days.

  • Return Shipping Cost for Exchanges: For exchanges due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Lost shipments

Shipping liability: Once the shipment is handed to our approved carrier ( DHL or Fedex ) and the carrier making a shipping label, our liability ends. Tatreez online is not liable for any loss, or theft that occurs during shipping or after delivery to the carrier or at the doorstep. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier in accordance with its policies. Theft at the doorstep is the recipient’s risk per the carrier’s policies.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
